This place is a unique find! My husband and I spent 3 nights on a mini vacation here to enjoy a concert and Lexington's hotspots. The location is perfect, but we were drawn initially to the high design as it stood out from every other Airbnb in Lexington. We booked without having seen one episode of GofT (I know! We are watching now.) The place is super dark and cozy and has me wanting to re-do my bedroom and bathroom at home. Its not kitschy at all, but has just the right amount of show references. You can tell there was no expense or detail spared in creating this design. The bed was amazingly comfortable and linens luxurious. The steam shower was just what I needed during our chilly, rainy stay. Our hosts had the fridge stocked with waters, cokes, and diet cokes. They asked what our wine preferences were and had a nice bottle waiting on us along with some snacks and a very fancy coffee maker. The ice maker got a lot of use. If you are worried about there not being a TV, we preferred the time to reconnect. I brought my laptop so we could watch the game and the Wifi was sufficient for streaming. I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back when we need a place to stay in Lex!

What an amazing space! I loved the themed decor in the "chamber". It's dark. It's sexy. It's tasteful. Black with fabric accents of red to soften the natural, rustic wood. The lighting options are many and really allow you to set the perfect mood. There are windows which let in light but you can black them out as well. Look closer and it is easy to see the kind of fun you can have in this room if you so choose. That is the main reason I booked it. From the moment I reached out with inquiries, the host was prompt and thorough with his responses. I felt instantly comfortable and had no hesitation booking. I recommend Doodles for breakfast or lunch, just steps from the apartment. The only other place I ate at was Tony's Steakhouse near the Rupp Arena convention center. Amazing food, ambiance, staff...on the pricey side but worth it! Throughout my stay the host continued to be available when needed. Had a small issue that resolved itself but he was on top of it nonetheless. My comfort and satisfaction were clearly his priority and I appreciated that!  The space was spotless/clean. The shower is beyond! Two heads, glass from floor to ceiling, a full bench, a hot steam feature with essentials oils if you want. The snack tray, bottle of wine, coffee/tea, and additional non-alcoholic beverages in the fridge were a nice touch. I'm not going to give away all the fun amenities, so the rest I will leave for you to discover! I was in LEX for a conference at the Lexington Convention Center. Easy 14-minute walk. (Host provides access to two bikes but I didn't end up using them.) Easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, shops... Bottom line...if you want to live out your own medieval fantasy in style and comfort, stay here! You won't be disappointed!

The most amazing stay-cation experience ever! Game of Thrones theme is truly remarkable in every aspect. Let’s start with how CLEAN and immaculate this place is. Everything is so shiny and polished from the bathroom to the wood floor. Cleanliness is a definite priority with this host. Attention to detail with the Medieval theme is unbelievable! Dragon doorknob, red velvet curtains and bed canopy, castle door, thrones bench, knights shield, and dragon eggs,  makes for a one of a kind setting and feel. The bed is fit for a King and Queen! One of the most relaxing and comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Not to mention, crisp clean sheets, perfect pillows and red velvet lining above the bed. New, modern bathroom has it all. Double shower heads with a sitting bench and steamer, imagine being in a steam room, makes for a remarkable, relaxing time. High end coffee machine and coffee,cookies, bottled water, cola are to name a few of the simple snacks. The host is a SuperHost and meets your every need!!! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. My fiance' and I walked to Tony’s Steakhouse. By far one of the best steak places in the country and one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten! The next morning of our stay we walked right next door to Third Street Stuff & Coffee and had excellent java. Then right across the street we ate a fantastic brunch at Doodles. Our stay at GOT was an incredible, magical, over the top, fantasy-fulfilled experience!!! We were King and Queen for the night! We will definitely be back.

We could not wait to stay in the GoT Chamber. It exceeded our expectations in every way! The accommodations are stunning and totally keep to the theme! We had so much fun having a photo shoot with the crowns and furs. The bathroom is gorgeous and we loved the steam shower. We also so appreciated having snacks, drinks and a coffee bar at our fingertips. We will definitely stay here again.

"Wow!!! This was beyond our expectation. Every movement brought something new and spectacular to our eye. The details are phenomenal! From dragon door handles to real axes & spears. The bed was outstanding and the steam shower was an exceptional treat. The state of the art coffee bar is another luxury finishing touch. I recommend this stay even if you’ve never seen an episode of Game of Thrones. It’s an experience like none other! We walked to dinner at Village Idiot a medieval gastropud restaurant and caught some great live music at Creaux. All on a Thursday night. Great stay! Definitely recommend!"

"Themed" and unique homes are either tacky or inspired. We should know, we actively seek them out when we travel. And at this place we were absolutely inspired. The decor is tasteful. You'll get a wow moment when you walk in, but then you'll have a plethora of ohhhs throughout your stay as you notice all the other unique little touches. The amenities are wonderful. From the in-room coffee bar to the well stocked cupboards, through to thoughtful touches like the ice dispenser and stocked fridge, it's an easy place to relax, chill and enjoy each other. And after a hard day of touring around Lexington's cool cafes, restaurants, art and entertainment, you can rejuvenate in the steam shower before jumping into the king size velvet covered bed! We always believe the biggest indicator of a reviewers delight is their willingness to recommend. And we've already recommended this place to half a dozen friends.”

"Everything me and my boyfriend wanted! The building and parking for it was very easy to find for how close it is to everything. The room was spotless and perfectly put together. The style and details of the room are very cool. It was like being in a different world beyond the door! The bed is super fun with all of its small details. My favorite part of this room was the steam shower. We used the oils provided and I almost never got out of it. For food, we ate at Doodles for brunch. It is on the same block. It is perfect for a close and fast meal and the food was very good. For dinner we had Goodfellas Pizza. We walked to and from that as well and the food was delicious. Nothing is far from reach at this stay. I highly recommend it."

"A great and unique place! The decor is awesome and looks just like something you’d see in the show and has some great modern features, like the coffee maker and the steam shower! "The place is at a perfect location in downtown Lexington, very easy to get around with ride shares and public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Oh, did I mention the unit is Game of Thrones themed?! No detail was spared in creating a home fit for the of King of Westros!
